Jennifer meets with potential clients for Initial Assessment Appointments, serves as Supervisor for many of the Clinicians and Interns here, and is a Speaker and Teacher of Continuing Education Opportunities for other therapists. She has been a Marriage and Family Therapist for over 25 years.

Elizabeth Giles

Chief operating officer

Elizabeth manages the office, is in charge of business development, sauna and retail, and has created the atmosphere of Sea Glass Therapy.

She is the creator of all sea glass jewelry designs.

Regina Hill, LMT

Regina is certified as a Life and Health Coach and Weight Management Coach, and has an extensive knowledge and expertise in the art of massage therapy.

Along with Deep Relaxation Massage, Advanced Muscle Reconditioning, Bellanina Facelift Massage, Hot Stone and CBD Enhancements to Massage Services, she will also be offering Zumba CIRCL Mobility and Yomassage Classes.

Regina's most unique service is Yomassage, a restorative practice that combines restorative yoga poses and therapeutic massage to provide a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Jordan Wild, Reiki III, RYT 200

Jo Wild is a mother, adventurer, lover of life, trauma thriver, medicine woman, alchemist, and healing facilitator. She is a certified Level III Reiki Practitioner with further training in Somatic Energetics. Her personal healing journey called her into healing work. Her sessions focus on nervous system regulation, release, remembrance, clearing, balancing and charging the chakras and auric field, and restoring the mind, body, and spirit. She uses all elements of the earth, divine guidance, channeling, herbs, sound, touch, and crystal healing in each session uniquely tailored to each client. Her purpose is holding space to clear out what is blocking you from seeing your own power, wholeness, and limitless potential…bringing light into life, bringing joy and expression back to you, reminding you that you have the power to heal yourself. You never have to remain “stuck” and you can release what’s holding you back by working through it. “The only way out is through.”

Jordan is so excited to work with you if you are feeling the call to release stagnant energy, restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit, work through the traumatic experiences in life in a variety of ways, and begin to thrive.

Jordan is also a 200 hr trauma informed RYT, life coach, and holistic health coach. She offers 1:1 sessions, group classes, and workshops.

Alex Ernest, MA, LPC

Alex works with 10-year-olds to adults who experience Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, trauma, self-esteem, relationship challenges, grief, substance use, stress, and anger. She utilizes an Integrative Approach by applying techniques from CBT, Expressive and Talk Therapy, and Mindfulness. She focuses on supporting her clients in developing healthier and stronger self-worth and interpersonal relationships to foster connection and resilience.

 

Allie Waltz, MA, LPC

Allie works with individuals and couples navigating some of life’s most defining transitions. She has a particular focus on serving those in demanding professions, including aviation, medicine and first responders, as well as couples experiencing crisis. Her approach is grounded in the belief that while healing can happen through insight; it is often honest, meaningful connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the reality of our lives —which creates lasting change. Her work is shaped by existential, narrative, and psychodynamic frameworks, with a strong integration of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She helps clients develop a more precise emotional language, untangle the stories they’ve inherited or constructed, and move toward lives that feel more aligned, intentional, and whole.

Allie has advanced training in the Gottman Method and loves working with couples inside the “intensive” format. (Please see here for packages and pricing). Her background as both a birth and end-of-life doula uniquely informs her work, giving her a deep respect for the full arc of human experience—from beginnings to endings, and everything they ask of us in between.

 

Kara Kihm, MA, LCSW

Kara is a therapist and an author. She has 18 years of experience and specializes in working with highly sensitive people, empaths, and intuitives because she is all of the above. She provides nervous system regulation through meditative practices, breath work, SE- Somatic Experiencing, DBT-Dialectical Behavior Therapy, imagery work and prayer. Kara uses an integrative approach focusing in the body mind and spirit. Kara enjoys working with clients who are on a spiritual journey.

 

Kim Goston, MA, LPC

Kim approaches therapy primarily from a whole person, integrative theoretical approach using Psycho-dynamic, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her aim is to work alongside each client in a collaborative effort to bridge the gap between who they are now and who they hope to be, as they navigate through life and its various transitions and challenges. She enjoys working with adults and teens in areas of: Substance-Use Disorders, Inter-Generational Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Communication Issues, Anger Management, and Self-Esteem. Her passion is working with African American women and breaking the stigma and/or burden of the “strong black woman”, intergenerational trauma and other trauma they may be battling.

Orren Jones Swope, MA

Under the supervision of Jennifer Yaeger, CPCS #1746

Orren works with individual women from ages 18 to 35 who are struggling with the life transitions and relationship issues that occur during this time of life. She uses an integrative approach to best fit each individual client’s needs. She believes expressive therapy interventions are a powerful tool for a variety of goals, from processing trauma to establishing coping skills.

Katie Odom, MA

Under the supervision of Jennifer Yaeger, CPCS #1746

Katie specializes in helping teens girls and adult women work through adult sexual assault, physical and sexual child abuse, domestic violence, violent crime, parenting, divorce, spiritual growth, depression, anxiety, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She has training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and uses expressive art therapy techniques. Her passion is helping adolescents and teen girls find hope and healing after life-changing trauma.

Summer Robinson, M.Ed, Ed.S

Under the supervision of Jennifer Yaeger, CPCS #1746

Summer utilizes her years of being a school counselor to work with 10-18 year old children and adolescents. She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including Person-Centered, Solution-Focused and Mindfulness. She specializes in working with teen girls who struggle with self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, communication, and family issues and teaching them coping skills.

 
 

Celeste Spates, MA, LAPC

Under the supervision of Susan Marshall, CPCS #810

Celeste is a Person-Centered therapist who incorporates elements of CBT, DBT, and holistic body/ mind/ spirit interventions that support the clients’ abilities to find the direction that is right for them. She specializes in helping adults, military veterans, trauma survivors, and those who struggle with grief, ADHD, and substance abuse, as they learn to overcome depressive, anxious, disconnected, or trauma-based emotions which impede their progress or push them off the path that is right for them.

 

Rachel Forrister, MA, AMFT

Rachel has a passion for helping individuals of all ages, couples, and families navigate the complexities of their relationships.

She places great importance on creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can freely explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Her approach is founded on a blend of Experiential, Attachment-Based, and Narrative Family Therapy modalities, which she tailors to suit the specific needs and dynamics of each client.

When working with couples, she focuses on enhancing communication and intimacy, aiming to rekindle emotional connections. In family therapy, Rachel is dedicated to helping families create new narratives and patterns that support healthier relationships.

 

Melissa Strickland, MS

Under the supervision of Jennifer Yaeger, CPCS #1746

Melissa works with adolescents and adults, and is especially passionate about working with people who live outside of society’s prescribed boxes. She is neurodivergence-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, poly/kink affirming, fat-positive and body-neutrality informed, affirming of those navigating chronic illness, pain, and disability, and knowledgeable of the adoptee experience.

With more than 15 years of experience, Melissa has supported clients with a history of abuse or trauma, severe and persistent mental illness, and a broad range of DSM diagnoses. She has training in evidence-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE). In addition, Melissa is a certified Therapeutic Game Master and integrates Tabletop Role-Playing Games (TTRPGs) into therapy.

 
 

Lorilei Brandi, MA

Lorilei is a compassionate and dedicated counselor who enjoys helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges while building greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional well-being. She strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Working with individuals, couples, and families, Lorilei draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Humanistic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. She is passionate about helping clients develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.

 

Jen Skura-Boutell, MA, MFA, NCC

Jen (she/they) is a counselor, educator, artist and advocate dedicated to reframing shame and breaking cycles of isolation. Using expressive arts, somatic integration, CBT, and CPT for PTSD, Jen is passionate about helping navigate oppression and disconnection relating to trauma, queerness, intimacy health, and wellness integrity in everyday life. Jen is also a mother, yoga teacher, and published writer, honored to share wellness journeys with her counseling participants and creative communities.
