Jen Skura Boutell MA, MFA, NCC
Jen (she/they) holds an MA in Mental Health Counseling and is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), bringing a clinically-grounded understanding of the nervous system to every class. A dancer and mover for most of her life, Jen also spent decades in the entertainment industry, performing and teaching in Atlanta, LA, and NYC, including presence-based directing/acting masterclasses with Joseph Chaikin. This work shaped a deep, embodied sense of presence, breath, and storytelling now woven into her yoga teaching.
Jen learned Transcendental Meditation® in 2010 and has studied with Frankie Mulinix at Vibrance: Centre for Voice and Movement since 2021. Her YTT 200 training at FORM and intensives with Desiree Rumbaugh integrates her experiences with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) techniques, reflecting her commitment to trauma-informed, body-centered instruction. Jen is dedicated to supporting nervous system regulation through intentional movement, breathwork, and joyful awareness, helping others cultivate presence, acceptance, and every now and then, a good laugh.

Yin • All Levels • Slow-Paced
Slow down. Soften. Surrender. Slow and Let Go is a quiet, unhurried yin practice where we allow gravity, breath, and time to release what the body has in storage. Expect long holds, supported stillness, and plenty of permission to simply be. All levels and bodies are welcome. Come unwind, and leave a little lighter.
🌿 Presence and Purpose - Fridays at 10a
Vinyasa Flow • All Levels • Active
Move with intention. Breathe with purpose. Presence and Purpose is an active, flowing practice that links breath to movement, building heat, strength, and focus along the way. Familiar to fans of vinyasa, this class invites you to show up fully cultivating presence through dynamic sequencing and joyful effort. All levels and bodies are welcome; modifications offered throughout, so you can move at the pace that's right for you. Come ready to breathe and connect.
🪷 Midday Reset - Fridays at 12p
Restorative • All Levels • Nervous System Regulation
Pause. Breathe. Come home to your body. Midday Reset is a gentle, grounding practice designed to help your nervous system exhale in the middle of a busy day at the end of the week. Through slow, supported movement, mindful breathwork, and moments of stillness, we'll invite the body out of "go" mode and into a state of ease and presence. All levels and bodies are welcome. Come as you are, and leave with a little more balance.
