Medication Assisted Addiction Medicine

$175 per month

Initial Joining Fee: $350

  • Full panel of bloodwork

  • Two visits per month for the first two months

  • Requirement of being in Psychotherapy while in this program

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • You can use your health insurance to pay for labs, but the membership and joining fees are self-pay.

  • If you decide that you want to resume services after discontinuing, there is a rejoining fee of $200.

  • You are able to come in person for 2 sick visits per month and can message an unlimited amount of times for quick questions.

  • We will do our best to get back to you within 12 hours.
