“Healing from trauma is not an intellectual exercise. You cannot simply think your way out of it. Your healing requires your full participation: spirit, heart, mind, and body.”

Roads to Renewal
This program is designed for adults processing trauma, grief, and loss (including bereavement, medical trauma, relational trauma, and complex/developmental trauma) in a small cohort (6-8 participants) alongside individual support.
Roads to Renewal exists at the intersection of three missions:
Healing the whole person: mind, body, and spirit, through trauma-informed care, integrating somatic, creative, and cognitive modalities.
Reclaiming the courage to integrate one's story: through written and somatic creative process work that helps participants develop their own language for what they've lived through.
Making healing accessible to the whole community: reducing financial and structural barriers to trauma and grief care so that healing isn't reserved for those who can afford to reduce stress and increase resilience in the Coweta County community.
