Integrative Nurse Practitioner

This is a part-time or full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner role based in Newnan, GA. The Nurse Practitioner will provide exceptional patient care by conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications as needed. Responsibilities include collaborating with our clinical professionals, maintaining accurate medical records, and promoting health and wellness through preventive care and education.
We are looking for an integrative professional who understands mental health struggles, hormonal issues, and looks to practice from a functional and lifestyle medical model that incorporates supplements along with medications.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Georgia

• Desire to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

• Advanced knowledge of mental health and hormonal issues

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery
