Mindful Vinyasa

A mindful movement practice designed to gently awaken the body and calm the nervous system. We begin with fluid, breath-connected vinyasa to stir energy, release tension, and support emotional flow. The practice transitions into longer, meditative holds that invite grounding, softening, and integration. We close with gentle breathwork or meditation to settle and restore. This class is trauma-informed, choice-based, and accessible for all bodies and experiences. Come just as you are, this space is for you.

Elevate your mind, body, and spirit with this unique 1-hour session combining Circl Mobility and Wellness Coaching.

Begin with 30 minutes of guided movement, breathwork, and flexibility exercises set to healing tones, designed to reduce stress and improve mobility.

Then, transition into a reflective coaching session focused on personal wellness goals. Through mindful breathing and actionable goal-setting, you’ll leave feeling centered, empowered, and ready to take your next steps toward a healthier, more balanced life.
