Mindful Vinyasa

Mindfulness Vinyasa is a mindful movement practice that gently awakens the body and calms the nervous system. We begin with fluid, breath-connected vinyasa, which helps to stir energy, release tension, and support emotional flow. As the practice progresses, we transition into longer, meditative holds that invite grounding, softening, and integration. To conclude the class, we engage in gentle breathwork or meditation, helping to settle and restore.


Trauma-informed, choice-based, and accessible to all bodies and experiences, this class welcomes you to come just as you are.

Mysore/Ashtanga: A Personalized Approach to Ashtanga Yoga

Mysore yoga, a personalized approach to Ashtanga yoga practiced in a group setting, offers students a unique experience. They move through the sequence at their own pace, guided by their teacher’s insights. Each movement is intricately linked to the breath, creating a meditative and inward-focused journey.


This class is designed to be flexible, accommodating students with varying arrival times within a 2-hour window. I provide personalized support through hands-on adjustments and verbal guidance, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and engaged. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Mysore yoga provides a space to develop a consistent and individualized practice.

Then, transition into a reflective coaching session focused on personal wellness goals. Through mindful breathing and actionable goal-setting, you’ll leave feeling centered, empowered, and ready to take your next steps toward a healthier, more balanced life.
