Yoga with Madison
Madison, who is a clinician at Sea Glass Therapy, is a 200 hour trained registered yoga teacher. She is a lifelong yogi who has grown up practicing yoga under her mom. Madison is trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Madison has fallen in love with this practice and advocates for how it has changed her life, mind, body, and soul.
