If your’re curious about what yoga is, this workshop is for you! This is perfect for those who have never tried yoga or who have and just want to learn more. So come in comfy clothes and join the stress free stretching sessions where you can have your yoga questions answered.

Individual Yoga

Private Yoga Session

 This is great for anyone who has personal goals to achieve and/or isn’t quite comfortable in a yoga class setting.

 

What you can benefit from this session:

 

o Grasping the basics of yoga

o Personalized goals for the mind and body

o Tailoring and assistance with recovery from an injury, surgery, or postpartum

o Practicing a challenging pose (headstand for example)

o Deepening meditation practice

o Providing therapeutic practice to help alleviate sleep issues, lower back pain, or chronic ailments.

$30 per hour session

 o Truly, anyone!

o Athlete

o Autistic, ADHD, or any adult or child on the spectrum

o Pregnant or post-partum

o Wheelchair bound

o Recovering from injury or surgery

 

 What to expect in your first session:

 At the start, time will be taken to get to know you, your lifestyle, and yoga goals. A relaxing evaluation will be conducted to help guide planning for the rest of the session and upcoming sessions.

​After the evaluation, relaxation techniques will be taught because relaxing is very important to the practice of yoga. Then, poses will be demonstrated and instructed with comforting feedback.

​Every yoga class ends with a time of guided meditation where one simply relaxes and quiets the mind. Meditation looks and feels different for every client
